Through GCA, you will understand how your leadership is impacting your organization and your role in driving change, performance, and culture. But GCA is highly personalized and goes beyond merely understanding to doing: You will choose a specific transformation that you are seeking in your organization, career, or personal life as your focus for the program, which consists of brief assignments related to your transformation for the 2 months before the program in preparation for the 6 days on-site and followed by 1 month of follow up to hold you accountable for completing your chosen transformation.
In effect, the GCA is a 100-day guided journey of transformation that provides you with a template, a process, and the tools that will enable you to accomplish your chosen transformation and, in the process, become, think, and act like a global CEO capable of reliably managing future transformations.

To that end, the GCA program will also enable you to deeply explore your personality traits and examine how they shape your leadership style so you will understand where your power comes from and how to channel it to influence, bridge, connect, engage, and persuade others.
GCA is a 100-day program designed to help you successfully lead your organizational change initiatives – from envisioning the change to mobilizing the people, resources, and processes to execute the initiatives, creating a better reality.
Throughout the program:
You will apply your learning to what you want to change and the action plans that you are currently leading or involved in.
Our unique learning model empowers you to increase your personal understanding and close the gap between this understanding and effective action.
You will develop a practical and personal action plan to implement immediately upon your return, prepared for take-off.
Specifically, you will explore change leadership through several lenses: individual and organizational; rational and emotional; people and processes. The holistic perspective you gain will bring together strategy and leadership to allow you to successfully inspire, mobilize and embed change.

GCA is a highly intensive and immersive 100-day program open to the public worldwide.
If you are a CEO, president, company owner, chairperson, board member, or a C-Suite, D-suite, VP, director, or head of an NGO, top government official or diplomat and a humble, lifelong learner with an ambition to lead and grow your organization to greatness, then GCA is for you.
Seats are limited and applications are vetted by an admission committee. There is no age limit.
The content of the program is multidisciplinary, derived from practical experience and research that includes the executive education offered at Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, MIT, Yale, INSEAD and IMD.
