After reviewing your application, we will invite you to an interview to help you assess if the GCA program is right for you.

Acceptance & Enrollement

After you’ve been accepted to the program, you will have one week to enroll and start your journey.

Choosing Your Project

With guidance from international leadership and strategy experts, you will choose a specific transformation that you are seeking in your organization, career, or personal life as your focus for the 100-day guided transformation journey.

Project Assignments & Feedback

You will receive brief assignments that entail a question or two customized to your chosen project that will require your reflection. Your work will receive feedback from experts to guide and coach you along your journey. The assignments are easy, nonjudgmental, and short.

GCA Workshop

Two months after the start of the program and the evolution of your project, you will get the chance to meet the other participants in an intensive 6-day workshop. You will collectively learn advanced knowledge about strategic organizational and personal transformation and crystallize your thinking into a solid strategic plan that is ready for execution.

Project Execution & Follow-up

After the completion of the six-day program, you will embark on a one-month guided execution of your plan to create a newly transformed reality for your career, organization, and life.
