GCA is designed to build the capacity of both current and future Global CEOs. While GCA is ideal for existing CEOs seeking to further develop and grow their abilities, it is also well suited for developing the future Global CEOs from among current C-Suite, D-Suite, and similar leaders with high potential and serious aspirations.
Yes, if they present a solid argument to the admissions committee.
Yes, if they own businesses (regardless of size).
GCA is designed especially for experienced CEOs who know that when they stop learning, they and their organizations become obsolete. In today’s complex and rapidly changing world, what worked in the past may no longer work in the present. GCA gives experienced CEOs the opportunity and support to reflect on what they need to learn, unlearn, and relearn to continue to be successful in the future.
Consider it as a business/leadership challenge of mobilizing your CEO and promoting your idea.
You could tell your CEO:
To attend himself/herself first then decide if GCA would be good for you.
That GCA will help you understand better the challenges of their role as CEO, hence enabling you to help them more effectively.
That GCA will motivate you and make you more effective in your current and future work.
Yes, the more the better because of the benefit of the synergy among work colleagues.
Yes, we encourage you to consider inviting a qualified friend or colleague to join you on this journey. It will make the experience more meaningful, and it will give you someone who understands what you experienced and can hold you accountable to maintain what you have learned and committed to doing, going forward in your career and life. As an added incentive, you will receive a $500 discount for every recruit, provided they fit the profile of GCA’s target participants, are accepted by the admission committee, and complete payment of the program fees.
Yes. Of course, they must apply, be accepted, and have paid the program fee
Because you care about your personal and professional development, your impact on those you touch, and the legacy that you will leave behind.
GCA offers a higher, more personalized impact for substantially less cost. Comparable programs can cost $20K for two days, $49K for two weeks, or up to $100K+ for a few months online. However, if you are after the name and can afford it then GCA may not be right for you
Because, as you will experience, there is nothing like it!
The best investment you can make is in yourself, especially in your learning. You can’t get to the “next level” in your life without learning how to do that. The GCA program is designed to do just that! So, the key question is: Do you want to move your life to the “next level” of fulfillment, prosperity, and inner peace?

Why Dubai?
Dubai is a gateway city that is easily reachable from most regions of the world, often by direct flights, with accessible entry requirements for most nationalities.
Will it always be in Dubai?
Not necessarily. Other hubs could be future options.
Do I need to prepare in advance?
Yes, there are weekly pre-program assignments over the 2 months prior to the program with individualized feedback to provide you with practice and coaching that will help you develop your abilities in preparation for the program. At the same time, this work will help us better customize the content so that you get more from the program. Your preparation will be guided to maximize your learning.
Why so much time for preparation?
GCA is designed to be the most transformational program of its kind, and transformation takes time. The 100-day guided journey serves two purposes. First, by selecting a project to work on over the course of the 100 days, you get the benefit of deliberately practicing the skills of a Global CEO to transform a challenge of your choosing. In effect, for the price of the program, you get a team of consultants for free. Second, and even more importantly, not only do you get help transforming your challenge, but at the end of the program, you will have the tools, skills, and mindset to successfully navigate future challenges that will inevitably arise.
What do the weekly assignments involve and how much time do they require?
Each week in the run-up to the onsite program you will receive an email with an assignment for that week. Plan on spending from 3 to 5 hours spread over the course of each week. Each assignment will involve a key question or questions for your reflection and a specific task with appropriate tools to sharpen your thinking along with our guidance for you to apply to that week’s assignment. You are also responsible for sending us a follow-up email to report on your reflections, insights, and accomplishment for the week with appropriate attachments of your homework. In response, you will get our feedback and further guidance to help you through the next week’s assignment. (Think fun and excitement, not stress)
What do you mean by a “guided journey”?
We will help you think about how to select and properly frame the challenge or project that you want to address through the program. We will then guide you through a process for understanding the current reality that you face, the inner transformation necessary to meet your challenge, how to design the future reality that you are seeking and how to shape that reality to realize your aspirations for the future
What happens if I get behind on the assignments?
This program is for you. We trust that you will do your best to take advantage of what it has to offer. We understand that other things can disrupt your best intentions. If that happens, don’t worry or give up, this is not school and there are no tests or grades. Have compassion for yourself and your situation. Know that we will support you and catch up as best you can. (No pressure)

What are the criteria for choosing my project?
It should be a specific and clearly framed project, problem, challenge, or personal/professional goal that can be realistically achieved with measurable milestones and within a reasonable time frame. It should be meaningful to you and something that you have some control over or can at least influence. Most importantly, it should require that you grow and stretch beyond your comfort zone. While we encourage you to think big, we also suggest that you start small and build from there. Finally, while the impact should be meaningful, it need not be large.
What background, knowledge, or experience is required for the program? Is familiarity with the multiple sources of thinking and disciplines necessary?
There are no prerequisites beyond experience, a track record of success with resilience in the face of setbacks, and an eagerness to continue to develop and grow as a leader. If you are interested in GCA, then you are most probably ready
What makes GCA unique? How much of the material is original?
GCA is unique in that it combines the real-world experiences of the faculty with key insights from multiple disciplines and sources to provide customized practice and guidance to participants based on their individual choices of the projects they choose to work on over the course of the 100-day journey of transformation. While it draws on public source material and advanced research, the GCA experience is original in that it also incorporates and builds on the combined knowledge and experience of the participants, thereby generating new thinking, ideas, and knowledge.
Will the content be customized to my needs? If so, how?
Yes, the content is customized to apply to your unique experience, situation, and the project that you choose for the program.
Will the program provide applicable tools for growth?

Will there be tests or grades?
No. There will be a lot of deep feedback offered and received by all. GCA is highly experiential, uses real case studies, and is personalized for each participant's learning.
What about confidentiality?
One of the norms for the program is to respect the confidentiality of everyone involved. It’s always up to you to decide what you reveal or share with the faculty, with individual peers in the program, and with the group as a whole. If you choose to share something in confidence, please make a point to say that what you shared is private, not for public consumption, and it should not be passed on to anyone else without your explicit permission
How much free time is there on the schedule? Will I be able to meet friends, go shopping, sightseeing, etc.?
You should plan on doing those things either before or after the program. We want to use all the time during your program for your learning experience.
